The output generated by BarZero (the "Services") is for informational purposes only and must be independently verified by a licensed attorney. Use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and BarZero.
By accessing or using the services provided by BarZero ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an enterprise or firm, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
BarZero utilizes large language models (LLMs) to analyze text and generate research. You acknowledge that AI technologies can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results (commonly known as "hallucinations"). You agree that:
Our core architecture is Zero Retention and Zero Knowledge. We do not store your queried data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process any documents or data you run through the Services. Since we do not retain your data, we cannot fulfill traditional e-discovery requests or data recovery requests. If you lose your End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) keys, your synced data is permanently unrecoverable.
You agree not to:
Services are billed on a subscription basis. Overage fees apply for AI sessions exceeding the limits of your selected tier. You authorize BarZero to automatically charge your payment method on file.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BARZERO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
