Extra seats share the plan's page pool and are $25/seat/month on any self-serve tier.

A page counts only if it contains at least 20 characters of non-whitespace text after OCR. Blank separator pages, title-page artifacts, and scanned inserts with no readable content do not count against your quota. Spending caps block scans by default once included pages are exhausted — you opt into overage explicitly.

Fair use. Included page quotas cover typical firm usage. If an organization consistently exceeds 90% of its monthly quota across multiple billing cycles, we’ll reach out to discuss an upgrade to the next tier or a custom Orbit plan.
