We ship technical guarantees, not promises. If it isn't enforceable at the cryptographic layer, we don't put it in the marketing copy.

Introduce yourself

What we're looking for

Depth over breadth. We'd rather hire someone who has gone deep on one hard problem than someone who has touched twenty easy ones.
A taste for hostile threat models. If the first question you ask about a feature is “how does this fail,” we want to talk.
Written communication. Most of our decision-making happens in long-form documents. If you find writing useful rather than tedious, you'll enjoy it here.
A bias toward deletion. The best code is code we didn't write. The best feature is the one we talked ourselves out of.
